For 25 years, we have essentially focused on innovation, constantly seeking new technologies and caring for those around us.
We believe that a company's success is linked to the community around it. That's why we value projects that aim to improve people's quality of life, adopt sustainable practices in our operations and maintain high standards of corporate governance, ensuring ethics and transparency in our actions.

Sustainable choices
Valuing the natural is Decolores’ trademark, which is why we respect the environment, committing to legal environmental obligations and investing in other key initiatives such as:
✓ Correct disposal of waste;
✓ Water reuse system;
✓ Rainwater harvesting system;
✓ Acquisition of Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant;
✓ Care and maintenance of an extensive green area, with more than 50 thou/m2.
GENERATING WELL-BEING
Our social purpose
Providing well-being and prosperity for everyone is part of Decolores’ purpose. In order to offer better living conditions and improve the quality of life of employees, of the surrounding communities, and of the people who are part of projects in line with our purposes, we have divided the social pillar into two main fronts:
- Valuing our employees: development of a calendar of internal actions that promote improvement in the organizational climate and a healthy working environment.
- Involvement with the Community: financial contributions using tax incentives for projects that are aligned with the company’s purpose; support for social causes, especially those that foster social progress and a better quality of life, and donation of natural stone for building and renovating social institutions.

Health and life quality
- Instituto Água Viva: brings food and potable water for the communities next to Lapão, in Bahia 's backlands.
- Cachoeiro de Itapemirim Evangelical Hospital:
- HECI-Ver: ophthalmic care and surgery for the elderly, treating and preventing blindness and visual impairment
- Duas Cores – a single goal: cancer treatment procedures for the elderly.
- Pequeno Príncipe Hospital - Project for the Right to Life III.

MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION
ESG - Corporate Governance Actions
We value ethics, transparency and respect to legal compliance prioritizing the relationship with stakeholders who are aligned with their values, ensuring a better management of business-related risks.
Relevant actions in this pillar include investments in management systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Tableau and others, the implementation of the Sustainability Policy, the Products and Services Procurement Policy, the Internal Ombudsman Channel and the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
