Sustainable choices
Valuing the natural is Decolores’ trademark, which is why we respect the environment, committing to legal environmental obligations and investing in other key initiatives such as:
✓ Correct disposal of waste;
✓ Water reuse system;
✓ Rainwater harvesting system;
✓ Acquisition of Photovoltaic Solar Power Plant;
✓ Care and maintenance of an extensive green area, with more than 50 thou/m2.

Our social purpose
Providing well-being and prosperity for everyone is part of Decolores’ purpose. In order to offer better living conditions and improve the quality of life of employees, of the surrounding communities, and of the people who are part of projects in line with our purposes, we have divided the social pillar into two main fronts:
- Valuing our employees: development of a calendar of internal actions that promote improvement in the organizational climate and a healthy working environment.
- Involvement with the Community: financial contributions using tax incentives for projects that are aligned with the company’s purpose; support for social causes, especially those that foster social progress and a better quality of life, and donation of natural stone for building and renovating social institutions.
